More fun with mochi flour

This time, I wanted to see if I could make some chocolate mochi. It's such a fussy and delicate flour to work with that I settled for making mochi chocolate crepes. I'm thinking that to melt the chocolate pieces, I'll put them in the microwave for 15 seconds at Power Level 7, then set in the refrigerator. I did taste test a particularly sloppy piece, and it was delicious!

Definitely not pro 🤣

A pizza cutter works best for scoring.
